Charlie leads the Elizabeth House team, focusing on acquisitions and day-to-day operations. His expertise in finance and real estate investment, combined with a strong foundation in safety management, makes him a pivotal figure in the organization's success. Charlie currently serves as the Senior Safety Manager at Bond Civil & Utility Construction, where he oversees safety protocols and initiatives across various projects, ensuring the highest standards of workplace safety and compliance.

Having earned a Master's degree in Finance with a focus on Real Estate Investment from Harvard University, Charlie brings a wealth of knowledge in financial strategies and real estate dynamics to the Elizabeth House. His academic background, complemented by a Real Estate Investment certificate from Harvard University, positions him to expertly navigate the complexities of the real estate market and investment opportunities.

Prior to his current role, Charlie was dedicated to enhancing construction health and safety at Harvard University as the Construction Safety Manager. There, he led health and safety efforts for the university's capital projects, expansions, and renovations, demonstrating a commitment to creating safe and compliant work environments.

Charlie's career began in the marine industry, where he spent ten years sailing as Chief Mate on both an 800ft long drillship and a 38,000 gross ton drilling semi-submersible in offshore ultra-deepwater environments. In this capacity, he directed marine operations and was responsible for the safety and performance of the vessel, laying the foundation for his commitment to safety in all his endeavors.

He is a proud alumnus of Maine Maritime Academy, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Transportation. Charlie also holds a Certified Safety Professional certificate from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, further underscoring his expertise in safety management and operational excellence.
