Elizabeth house is a boutique real estate investment firm based in Southern New Hampshire that invests in homes for the community of those with special needs or developmental disabilities.
Founded in 2020, Charlie Perry Jr first acquired a home for his sister, Elizabeth. Elizabeth House specializes in providing homes for those with special needs or developmental disabilities, for multiple handicapped adults. The company works with community residential programs, such as Kimi Nichols Center, which manages 24-hour care to provide a stable, comfortable, and encouraging living environment for all its residences, in addition to its day programs.
Why Elizabeth House?
Elizabeth is Charlie’s sister. She is a 33-year-old, severely mentally disabled woman. Since birth, Elizabeth has had disabilities and chronic health conditions that require 24/7 assistance with all her daily activities. Elizabeth is fortunate to attend an amazing day program at Kimi Nichols Center (KNC.) This program provides direct services that enhance the lives of people like Elizabeth. Each client has their own unique set of abilities and challenges, and KNC delivers a high level of care, programming, and progressive services to enhancing lives.
In addition to providing a day program, KNC manages adult homes for multiple handicapped individuals, many of whom attend the day program. KNC leases local houses in the community for the adult disabled community.
Elizabeth has been living under the care of her parents. After 33 years, it was time for her to move out. Elizabeth moved into a home managed by Kimi Nichols Center and owned by her brother. This is the genesis of Elizabeth House LLC.

Charlie Perry Jr - Founder & Director
Charlie leads Elizabeth House with a mission to provide affordable housing to the disabled community. He holds a Master's degree in Finance with a focus on Real Estate Investment from Harvard University and serves as the Senior Safety Manager at Bond Civil & Utility Construction. His background includes a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation from Maine Maritime Academy, alongside certifications in Real Estate Investment and safety.
